KNOWN BUGS (to be fixed in future releases):
-create log file output from spatial jackknife tool
-the remove correlated variables tool has a memory limit that causes the tool to fail with large rasters. This is a major issue that requires considerable time to resolve. A completely legitimate workaround is to upscale rasters to higher resolution, i.e. 5 to 10km, and the run the tool. These distances make more sense than 1km given the considerable auto-correlation observed at this resolution. Because of auto-correlation at high resolutions, Pearson correlation coefficients and resulting r2 values might be misleading.
